Salary Range: $80,000.00-$90,000.00

• Generate leads by cold-calling potential customers from lists generated by Sales and Marketing.
• Follow up & qualify leads for walk-in customers, internal/external leads, leads generated from bid reporting systems and marketing campaigns.
• Collect and maintain customer information including addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses.
• Make outbound calls to drive attendance at company marketing events.
• Act as an information contact point for ongoing marketing campaigns.
• Follow up customer service calls after sales to gauge satisfaction with the sales process.

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent training and experience providing the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and CRM systems.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
