Key job responsibilities includeManage and develop the team of Inside Sales Engineers supporting the Strategic Account TeamOversee development of system related solutions to Strategic Account customersLead the RFP response strategy and processCoordinate with sales team on key customer visits and presentationsOversee development of sales tools for projecting life cycle cost scenariosWork with internal Carrier departments for product, control and system solutionsDevelop internal expertise to position Carrier as premier solution providerProvide key customer input to product platform teamsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree3+ years of people management experience3+ years of experience in/with sales, engineering, operations, customer service, or technical support rolePreferred QualificationsStrong leadership experienceAbility to mentor, coach, and develop teamStrong HVAC experience and knowledge of HVAC systems and designProficiency with HAP or equivalent energy analysis toolsSense of urgency, self-initiative, commitment and sense of ownership is a must.Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to lead a cross functional team of sales, engineering, manufacturing & marketing associatesAbility to mentor and develop engineers to be proficient in HVAC system analysisHighly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to develop employee skill setsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)Experience with defining, capturing and improving key metricsRSRCAR#LI-RemotePay Range:$94,500.00-$165,000.00Carrier is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
