Apply now and take the first step toward a rewarding career!Responsible for generating revenue by promoting sales of new and existing company products, providing customer service, evaluating customer needs, and answering questions regarding parts, pricing, and services.Starting pay $20+/hr then commission based after 6-9 months!Essential Job DutiesProvide relevant information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times, and payment methods.Complete internal documents supporting any transaction (credits, invoices, work order and/or interchange and returns, etc.).Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.Inform customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.Advise customers on substitution or modification of part when part requested is not available.Process orders - perform order entry, review orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data (may dispatch orders in some locations).Follow-up with customers as needed.Assume other duties as assigned.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesNot responsible for supervising employees.Minimum RequirementsEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma/GED1+ years of related experience requiredPreferred RequirementsCollege coursework or degree.Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts.Bilingual English/Spanish.Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.Basic computer skills.Basic messages communicated orally. May write brief messages and keep simple records. May expain and offer guidance on routine procedures.Problems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive and generally solved by following clear directions and procedures.Decisions generally affect own job or assigned functional area.Results are defined; sets personal own goals and determines how to achieve results with few or no guidelines to follow; supervisor/manager provides broad guidance and overall direction.Prioritize assigned and routine tasks.
