Inpatient Transportation Representative - Riverside Health System : Job Details

Works under the supervision of the Supervisor/ Manager/ Director. Safely and efficiently transports patients, patient's belongings and charts via wheelchair, stretcher, and/or bed. Works as an integral member of the team to assist in transporting specimens, blood, and equipment. Works to ensure that all transport equipment is cleaned and in good working condition. What you will do. Demonstrates the ability to effectively collaborate and consult with referral sources, patients, families, and team members. Provides follow up actions as needed. Assists patients, family members, and visitors with directions, assisting as needed. People/ Customer Dashboard/ Scorecard indicate progress toward achieving departmental goals in employee and customer satisfaction scores. Maintains all equipment needed for transports clean according to Infection Control policies.
