Inpatient Therapy Scheduler - Vibra Healthcare, Llc : Job Details

Responsible for the coordination of all inpatient staffing plans, participation in the assessment of staffing needs, scheduling therapy personnel hours, adjusting staffing as required, and calling in replacement personnel at the discretion of management. Responsible for assisting with various human resources forms and processes, tracking evaluations and absences, and performing time and attendance edits. Additional responsibilities include performing administrative duties in the therapy department. Required Skills: High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional Qualifications/ Skills: Experience in scheduling and time and attendance tracking preferred. Previous administrative experience in a healthcare environment preferred. Ability to project a professional image. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
