RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver Patient Care & Service. Enhance patients' health by implementing the nursing process; collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams; perform various treatments; and provide comprehensive physical, educational, and emotional support to patients and their families.

• Engage in Planning & Communication. Create and document personalized care plans tailored to each patient's needs, while maintaining effective communication regarding their health status and treatment progress.

• Manage Electronic Health Records (EHR). Demonstrate proficiency in using EHR systems to maintain accurate documentation and enhance communication between patients and providers.

• Ensure Compliance. Follow all department and system protocols as well as local, state, and federal regulations to guarantee the highest quality of care.

EDUCATION:

AS: Nursing (Required)

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:

BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA), RN - Registered Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The role involves Medium Work, which may require exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10 to 25 pounds frequently. This position entails frequent walking, standing, or squatting.
