H2M architects + engineers is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Innovation Project Manager to join our Learning and Development team. This position will enthusiastically create momentum and alignment with key stakeholders and leadership team to take innovations projects from concept to completion.
As the Innovation Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving transformative projects across the organization. Your primary focus will be identifying opportunities for innovation, implementing new technologies, and methodologies. This position will be an integral member of the Learning and Development team and will report directly to the Director of L&D.
Key Responsibilities:
Innovation projects at H2M range in size, scope and complexity and are paramount to support our culture and position as a leader in the delivery of A/E services. The Innovation Project Manager will be responsible for oversight and coordination of all the innovation activities and projects at H2M.

Education and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in project management, particularly in leading innovation or technology-driven projects within a learning and development context.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with timelines and budgets and the willingness to shift priorities based on business needs.
Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is desirable.
The salary range for this role is $95,000 - $125,000 annually.
