1. Answer Room Service phone with 3 rings, using proper telephone etiquette .. Take guest food and beverage orders, utilizing suggestive selling techniques .. Accurately quote estimated time of delivery, monitor status and follow-up with guest if going to be delayed more than 5 minutes of time quoted .. Setting up guests orders on table/tray according to Forbes standards .. Ensure that all orders are complete, including appropriate condiments and silverware .. Transport tables/trays from Room Service area to guest rooms, or Pool, ensuring all standards of food presentation are maintained .. Anticipate guests needs, respond promptly to requests ..
