Injection Molding Process Engineer - Kelly Services : Job Details

> Injection Molding Process Engineer (Direct Hire) Support mold trials and help transition new tooling and models into production. Investigate and resolve scrap, cycle time, and process variability issues. Collaborate with production, tooling, and maintenance teams to improve reliability and efficiency. Participate in capital projects involving molding equipment and automation. Assist with tooling reviews and design feedback using CAD and 3 D modeling software. Identify and implement process changes that drive down cost and improve part quality Oversee new tool start-up and qualification Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions Continuously seek opportunities to improve equipment performance and operations as well as support the introduction of new molds, automation systems, and auxiliary equipment. Qualifications Bachelors degree in engineering (plastics) is preferred but not required.
