Performs millwright tasks and projects, as well as heavy maintenance projects. Ensures all schedules are met to eliminate risk of demurrage penalties. Take bin measurements daily or as needed. Pull samples and test them. Sweeps and cleans the work area as needed. Performs regular housekeeping tasks to minimize dust accumulation as needed throughout the shift. Participates as a member of the Team. Participates in ongoing development, communication and implementation of team concepts, programs and policies; coordinates work to ensure B. E. S. T practices with all team members. Attends appropriate team meetings.
