The Infusion Billing Coordinator II reports to the Department Manager the Billing Coordinator II works at an advanced level of proficiency to bill to primary, secondary, tertiary and patients in an effective, efficient, accurate and timely manner to assure the greatest possible payment in the shortest amount of time. Independently resolves and troubleshoots complex issues. Acts as a resource to help train others. - High School Diploma or equivalent. College preferred
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English Language
Knowledge
- Policies and procedures
- Billing and collection and regulations regarding third party payers
- Medical terminology and coding
- Computer literate with knowledge of billing systems
Skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
- High degree of attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Analytical ability to prepare reports
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Data entry and typing
- Office administration such as filing, faxing, scanning, answering phones, customer service, documentation
- Must demonstrate an exceptional maturity, willingness to maintain harmonious working relationships
- Previous billing experience
Work Experiencetwo (2) years medical billing experience.Working Conditions

Salary Range: Minimum $15.86/hour - Maximum $ 26.23/hour.
