Are you a skilled network operations professional ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a hands-on AVP-level Infrastructure Network Operations Engineer to join a growing team in New Jersey (hybrid model – 2 days/week in office).

In this role, you'll be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing complex enterprise and cloud network infrastructure. You'll work with a wide range of technologies, respond to incidents, manage change requests, and play a key role in maintaining network reliability and performance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and troubleshooting enterprise, data center, and cloud network environments
• Monitoring network alerts and resolving incidents using tools like SolarWinds and CLI
• Implementing firewall rule changes and handling upgrades and maintenance
• Collaborating with engineering teams and vendors on diagnostics and RCA
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation and runbooks
• Participating in a structured on-call rotation (1 week every 5–6 weeks)

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 8–10+ years of hands-on network operations experience
• Strong expertise in Cisco ASA, Firepower, Checkpoint, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP)
• Practical experience with Cisco ACI, Meraki WLAN, AWS/Azure hybrid connectivity
• Familiarity with Cisco ISE (NAC), RSA, and Zero Trust security principles
• Proficiency in monitoring and troubleshooting with SolarWinds, Dynatrace
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Certifications like CCNA/CCNP/CCIE, AWS Networking, Fortinet NSE, or Checkpoint CCSA/CCSE are a plus
