Infrastructure Microsoft Subject Matter Expert III - LinTech Global : Job Details

LinTech Global Inc. is recruiting an Infrastructure Microsoft (SME III) to support our contract at IRS/CI based in Fairfax, Virginia.

LOCATION: 100% REMOTE

Position Overview:

LinTech Global is seeking a candidate to join as an Infrastructure Microsoft SME to support the IRS-CI Tech Ops client in the Technical Operations Center & Business Development Services. Responsibilities include overseeing IT projects, contracts, and IT request management.

The TOC team provides various IT services to support the infrastructure of CI IT Systems in a highly regulated environment.

BSD supports automation of business processes and applications. We need experienced Power Platform developers to deliver solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Job Duties:

Manage Subtasks aligned with the Executive Office PPPM strategy.

Business Systems Development

Support business improvement and IT projects to fulfill CI Tech Ops mission and strategic vision.

Power Platform Applications

• Develop and deploy error-free applications using Microsoft Power Platform, following agile pipelines.
• Provide process flow diagrams, process documentation, and presentations.
• Complete IRS/CI processes like Front Door, Intake, Security Change Requests, etc.

Technical Operations Center

Support IT infrastructure for all IRS CI environments, including planning, risk assessment, and designing new processes and technologies in line with Enterprise Architecture.

Data Center and Cloud Infrastructure Services (DCIS)

• Transition existing products to cloud or implement new cloud initiatives, ensuring compliance and documentation.
• Support cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, M365, Google, Nutanix, etc., covering patching, security, documentation, and lifecycle management.

Additional responsibilities include assessing current solutions, designing cloud migration strategies, and ensuring security compliance.

Desired Outcome:

Deliver error-free Power Platform applications supporting CI mission, validated against requirements, following agile deployment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in application development and programming.
• Leadership in cloud environments, including Microsoft 365, Azure.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of Business Process Engineering and IT governance.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Certifications and Experience:

• SAFe/Agile, Multi-cloud architecture, Azure Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, Power BI Data Analyst certifications.
