A leading international Boutique Investment Bank is looking to add 2 Managing Directors to specialize on Power, Infrastructure (digital or traditional) and Renewables into its team in the US.

This firm is noted for being one of the oldest specialists in Infrastructure, Energy & Infrastructure. It is positioned to grow its platform in the US over the long term, with a regional group of approximately 30 bankers from the outset.

The team provides cutting-edge advisory across a range of products while maintaining long-term relationships with its existing client base.

• Lead the identification, development, and origination of new advisory projects across M&A, Debt & Equity Advisory
• Lead the firm's transaction team to successfully execute and close live projects
• Foster new client relationships and maintain long-term relations with existing clients and stakeholders across the industry
• Mentor, train, and manage junior team members

• 9+ years (with MBA) or 12+ years (without MBA) of Investment Banking experience is crucial
• Bachelor's and/or MBA from a top ranked institution
• Deep sector expertise in PUI, Mid-Stream, Infrastructure & Renewables is essential
• Established track record in originating and closing M&A, Debt & Equity Advisory mandates
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Capability to work independently or as part of a broader team
• Ability to work towards strict internal and external objectives
• Willingness to travel
