Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee and manage our company's cloud, security, network, and virtualization systems. This role involves leadership, project management, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Cloud Management: Oversee deployment, maintenance, and optimization of cloud-based systems.
  • Security: Implement and manage security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection, and encryption.
  • Network Management: Ensure reliability and performance of network infrastructure.
  • Server Virtualization: Manage virtualization technologies to optimize resources.
  • Leadership: Lead and develop a team of engineers and administrators.
  • Project Management: Lead infrastructure projects like data center upgrades, cloud migration, etc.
  • Compliance: Ensure systems meet industry standards and regulations.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues promptly.

    • Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
    • 7+ years in IT infrastructure, with 3+ years in leadership roles focusing on cloud, security, network, and virtualization.
    • Proven leadership and team management experience.
    • Strong knowledge of Azure, network security, VMware, Nutanix.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to adapt quickly and learn new technologies.

    Preferred Skills

    • Certifications like Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, CISSP, CCNP, VMware Certified Professional.
    • Familiarity with ITIL and service management tools.
    • Experience in manufacturing environments is a plus.
