Job SummaryHTeaO is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to join our IT team. Thisindividual will be responsible for managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure, includingOffice 365, Ubiquiti equipment, and third-party MSPs. The Infrastructure Manager willalso lead Office 365 migrations from Google Workspace and ensure seamlessintegration across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Office 365 environments, including migrations from GoogleWorkspace.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain Ubiquiti networking equipment and ensure stableconnectivity across all corporate and franchise locations.
  • Maintain PCI compliance for all corporate locations, ensuring adherence toestablished standards and best practices and guide the program for Franchisees.
  • Oversee managed service providers (MSPs) to ensure compliance with serviceagreements and maintain high-quality IT support.
  • Perform system audits and maintain documentation on support procedures,standards, and configurations.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to infrastructure systems andprovide Tier 3 technical support.
  • Create and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure system stability andsecurity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology projects, ensuringalignment with business goals.
  • Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions for IT staff and above-storepartners.
  • Design and implement network strategies, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Analyze service incident trends and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in arestaurant or retail environment.
  • Expertise in Office 365 administration, including migrations from GoogleWorkspace.
  • Experience managing devices in InTune, including AutoPilot deployments
  • Proven experience with Ubiquiti networking equipment, including configurationand troubleshooting.
  • Strong vendor management skills and experience working with MSPs.
  • Solid understanding of network security protocols and infrastructure design.
  • Knowledge of PCI-DSS compliance and best practices.
  • Experience in creating IT documentation and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelors degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field,or equivalent experience .
  • Familiarity with cloud-based systems and integrations .

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to workindependently and in teams.
