Geniserve Limited is seeking an experienced and proactive Infrastructure Facility Managerto oversee the operation, maintenance, and upgrade of all technical infrastructure andsupport systems at the Ilorin Innovation Hub (IIH). This individual will ensure all facilities,including power, HVAC, ICT infrastructure, and building systems, operate efficiently andmeet the needs of startups, staff, and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:• Oversee daily operation of all technical facilities at IIH, including electrical, mechanical,ICT, HVAC, and backup power systems.• Ensure optimal functioning of shared workspaces, meeting rooms, and server rooms.• Design maintenance calendar for all equipment and ensure adherence to all preventivemaintenance schedules• Coordinate all corrective maintenance schedules.• Manage all incidences on site, present Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to the clients withinthe agreed SLA• Manage the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of critical systems such as:• CCTV and security access control• Internet and wireless infrastructure• Fire safety and alarm systems• Solar power systems (i.e. solar panels, Energy Storage Systems (ESS) and associatedelectrical systems• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and contractors for technical services,maintenance, and repair works.• Evaluate and manage service contracts to ensure SLAs for periodic maintenance aremet.• Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, environmental, and regulatorystandards.• Conduct regular inspections and audits of technical installations and infrastructure.• Maintain an accurate inventory of technical equipment, tools, and assets.• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on facility status, maintenance logs, and incidentreports.• Recommend upgrades and improvements based on technological trends and facilityusage.• Assist in the preparation of the annual facility management budget.• Track and manage expenses within approved budgets.• Other activities/tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the company.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, FacilityManagement, or related technical discipline.• Minimum of 5 years' experience in facility/technical management, preferably in acritical facility /IT environment, innovation hub, tech park etc.• Professional certifications such as IFMA, PMP, or HSE will be an added advantage.Skills and Competencies:• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power management, and building automation.• Familiarity with ICT infrastructure operations.• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.• Good leadership and supervisory skills.• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage vendors/subcontractors• Strong organizational and project management skills.• Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies outside regular work hours.• Ability to manage vendors' budgets and multi-disciplinary teams.• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD/Visio, MS-PowerPoint and technical report writing.Remuneration: Favorable Salary + good working conditionsAge range: 28 – 45 yearsWorking Conditions:• Must be resident in Ilorin, Kwara State• On-site full-time physical presence required at facility sites.• Must be available for emergency response when need be
