Job DescriptionOur IT departmentis looking for afull time Infrastructure Engineerto join their team! The hours areMonday-Friday; 8:00AM-5:00PM.Responsibilities:
    • Plan, design, implement and maintain Storage Area Networks, Switch Fabric networks, and Enterprise Storage Backup Systems.
    • Plan, design, implement and maintain virtualization cloud computing environments.
    • Plan, design, implement and maintain Cisco UCS (B C Series) compute environments.
    • Maintenance and administration of routers, switches, WAP's, firewalls, VPN, security and software WAN/LAN technologies.
    • Maintenance and administration of infrastructure administrative tools, such as Cisco Prime, Cisco DNA, Cisco ISE and USCM.
    • Oversight of server and resource provisioning in compute environments.
    • Troubleshoot networking and enterprise infrastructure issues.
    • Provide help with technical planning and design of the voice and data systems.
    • Proactive monitoring and health of the network and information systems. This includes virtualization, storage, network devices, bandwidth, utilization, and overall performance.
    • Provide remote and on-site installation and troubleshooting support for infrastructure hardware.
    • Maintain proper security measures and protocols.
    • Protect the CCP network and enterprise systems from unauthorized access.
    • Provide security oversight of CCP's infrastructure and make necessary recommendations to improve security protocols and procedures.
    • Utilize scripting to solve IT related issues or business problems.
    • Create flow charts, diagrams, and policy and procedure documentation.
    • Effective communications and reporting with IT management.

The company offers a comprehensive total rewards package that includesmedical, dental, vision and life insurances, paid holidays, paid time off, retirement plan, and much more in a business casual environment!We welcome candidates who will bring diverse intellectual, gender and ethnic perspectives to Community Care Physicians.Community Care Physicians is an Equal Opportunity Employer.RequirementsA bachelor's degree in a computer science-related discipline is desirable.5 years of experience in administering network infrastructure and enterprise information systems.Microsoft, Cisco, and VMWare certifications are desirable.Two to three years of work experience in an IT department in a primary healthcare practice is desirable.Demonstrate knowledge and experience in administering Cisco, Dell, and HP Data Center technology.Demonstrate knowledge of Storage Area Networks, Dell EMC, and Pure preferred.Demonstrate knowledge of VMWare technologies.Demonstrate knowledge and experience in administering Microsoft servers and technologies.Linux administration experience preferred.Ability to use basic coding and programming skills to gather data from multiple data sources to formulate reports to help solve business problems.Knowledge and experience with PowerShell, scripting, and Macro's.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to create, maintain, and submit quality technical and business documentation.Excellent writing and verbal communications skills are required to communicate to end users, senior managers, and physicians.Ability to work with third party vendors for support and installations.Knowledge of general security and HIPAA policies and procedures.Ability to maintain effective, cooperative working relationships.Ability to adapt to changing work priorities/fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional attitude.Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.Availability to work overtime as needed is a requirement of the job.Must have reliable transportation as this position requires travel to remote locations within the Capital District.
