Information Technology Technician - Bridgewater College : Job Details

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY TECHNICIAN Bridgewater College is seeking an Information Technology Technician to manage all aspects of tier two support for faculty, staff, and students, including, but not limited to, HelpDesk tickets, walk-in and phone support on personal devices as well as campus-managed devices running Windows, iPad. OS or Mac. OS. Troubleshoot and assist in classroom AV repair/installs. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the upkeep, inventory, and deployment of all college-owned end-user equipment including but not limited to printers, desktops, laptops running Windows or Mac. OS as well as a small iPad fleet. Support the HelpDesk in the day-to-day handling of phone and ticketing traffic. Evaluate new products or services and suggest changes to existing products or services to better aid the department and our end users.
