Green Key Resources is seeking an IT Support professional for a role that begins as a temporary position with the potential to transition into a permanent one. This position offers a hybrid schedule, with days spent in our Midtown Manhattan office.
The successful candidate will assist with managing and maintaining the day-to-day Technology and Systems. The candidate will engage and stay fully involved with all major upgrades, enhancements, and changes to the overall technology platforms.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support Central Headquarters, Remote Offices & Staff.
- Assist with day-to-day IT issues by email or phone, communicating effectively with internal users and external vendors.
- Create tickets based on service requests opened.
- Work on assigned tickets sent to the Help Desk.
- Assist with Projects and Network Upgrades of infrastructure.
- Assist with the day-to-day administration of Cloud Infrastructure.
- Update documentation and process to help better support the systems.
- Log and troubleshoot incidents reported by the network monitoring systems.
- Accountable for following incident-management process for all emergency-related issues.
- Assist with ensuring the integrity of management databases, reporting systems, and financial information.
- Troubleshoot with the voice and data vendors in conjunction with the Management team.
