\n\n. Perform a variety of duties to support the IT Department, including:\n. Configure, install and maintain PCs and Servers.\n. Perform break\/fix maintenance of PCs and Servers.\n. Perform patch management for all PCs and Servers.\n. Configure and install network and local printers.\n. Maintain and update software applications.\n. Perform telephone support for end users and document all calls.\n. Maintain Intranet site.\n. Monitor and Maintain Bank Antivirus systems.\n. Document all changes, upgrades, or enhancements made to any systems.\n\n. Cooperates with, participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness, and the Bank's compliance with all regulatory requirements, e.g. Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and Equal Credit Opportunity Act, etc.\n.
