Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technology Services Specialist with expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) tools like Jira to oversee and enhance our IT support and service processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT service requests, incident resolution, and system performance while ensuring best practices in ITSM frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain ITSM tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, or similar) to track and manage IT service requests and incidents.
• Ensure efficient IT support operations, monitoring ticket queues and response times.
• Develop and optimize IT workflows, automation, and reporting within Jira or other ITSM platforms.
• Collaborate with IT teams to analyze trends, identify issues, and improve service delivery.
• Maintain IT documentation, knowledge bases, and user training materials.
• Support change management processes and enforce IT policies and best practices.
• Generate performance reports and KPIs to track service effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT service administration or IT support.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools like Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or similar.
• Strong understanding of ITIL practices and service management frameworks.
• Ability to analyze IT service data and optimize workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
