We are seeking a senior IT leader to oversee enterprise technology programs spanning ERP platforms, program management, and reporting/analytics solutions. This role will be responsible for guiding strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement, while also cultivating strong process ownership and adoption across the organization.
Key Areas of Accountability
ERP Program Management
- Direct all phases of ERP initiatives, from planning and deployment to upgrades and long-term support.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure ERP functionality aligns with organizational objectives.
- Manage system architecture, governance, and relationships with technology vendors.
- Safeguard compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and data integrity standards.
Program Management Office (PMO)
- Provide leadership for the PMO, ensuring standardized governance, methodologies, and reporting practices.
- Oversee prioritization and delivery of a diverse portfolio of IT and transformation projects.
- Coach and support project managers, ensuring execution is aligned with strategic priorities.
Data, Reporting & Analytics
- Establish and implement a data and reporting strategy that supports operational and executive decision-making.
- Lead development of dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions (such as Power BI).
- Collaborate with functional teams to guarantee data reliability, accessibility, and business relevance.
Process Optimization & Training
- Build and support a community of process owners and SMEs across critical areas (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Workforce Management).
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across the enterprise.
- Design and deliver training programs to support adoption, compliance, and effective system utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT, with proven success managing large-scale ERP programs.
- Strong background in leading cross-functional teams and complex enterprise initiatives.
- Expertise in ERP platforms (such as SAP or IFS), project management methodologies, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
