Position Title: IT Procurement Manager

🧩 Role Summary
The IT Procurement Manager will be responsible for leading strategic sourcing and procurement activities related to software, hardware, and automation technologies. This role is critical to ensuring cost-effective, compliant, and scalable IT solutions across the organization.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Software Procurement
- Lead negotiations and contract management for enterprise software, SaaS, and cloud services.
- Ensure compliance with licensing models and optimize renewal cycles.
- Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Finance to manage risk and budget alignment.
Hardware Procurement
- Manage sourcing of IT infrastructure including servers, laptops, and networking equipment.
- Standardize hardware procurement processes across regions.
- Oversee asset lifecycle and vendor performance.
Automation & Digital Tools
- Support procurement of automation platforms, AI tools, and digital transformation technologies.
- Evaluate suppliers based on innovation, scalability, and integration capabilities.
Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management
- Conduct RFPs/RFIs and lead vendor selection processes.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure SLA compliance.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and report on procurement KPIs.
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT procurement, ideally in a global organization.
- Strong understanding of software licensing, cloud procurement, and IT hardware.
- Experience with ERP and procurement platforms (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Coupa).
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with automation and digital technologies is a plus.
