Requirements:
• 2–5 years of IT support experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Preferred: prior technical support experience and knowledge of enterprise systems and troubleshooting tools
Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level technical support via phone to end users
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and peripheral issues
• Document incidents accurately in tracking systems
• Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues as needed
• Deliver excellent customer service to all users
