Information Technology Desktop Support - Akkodis : Job Details

Akkodis is seeking an IT Desktop Support Technician for an onsite, 6+ month contract opportunity with our global technology client located in Alpharetta, GA.

Rate: $25-28/hr. on W2 The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Requirements:

• Experience in IT desktop support

• Ability to follow procedures and work in an organized way

• Proficiency with imaging machines (Windows 10/11), computer deployments, and IMACs

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with industry-standard information systems and technology tools

• Administrative skills and attention to detail

• Awareness of workplace health and safety practices

• Focus on imaging machines (Windows 10/11), computer deployments and IMAC's experience.

Nice to have:

• Asset management experience

• AV and conference room support

• Printer support

• Mobility OS knowledge (iOS, Android)
