Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Coordinator for our Greer, SC operation. Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. Compensation

Base pay range: $26.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the facility network, servers, and PCs
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing network, server, and PC issues
• Assisting upper management with technology-related projects or research
• Assisting the operations group as needed
• Working with the team to manage root cause analysis, solution design, code writing, testing, documentation, and implementation of projects
• Executing assigned team activities with emphasis on quality, customer service, timeliness, and budget
• Consulting with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements and provide technical support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in systems engineering, data processing operations, communications, risk management, or other IT areas (preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Problem solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Experience working with warehouse management systems or sequencing is a plus
