Candidates must beknowledgeable of information technology andsecurity principles. This is a multi-taskingenvironment that demands customer service,communication, and organizational skills.Essential Functions:• Apply cyber security standards, directives,guidance and policies to classified computingenvironments to effectively manage the securityaspects and the day-to-day security operationsof assigned systems.• Under general guidance from management,collaborate with other business unit andCorporate staff in Security, IT, and otherorganizations to develop and implement efficientand appropriate technology, user training,processes, procedures, and complianceprograms that are integrated seamlessly withday-to-day operations of complex and large scale computing infrastructure.• Perform tasks related to compliance ofContinuous Monitoring (ConMon) Plans (e.g.,audit log review, security patching, software andhardware configuration management).• Assist in the preparation and maintenance ofsecurity Assessment and Authorizationdocumentation (e.g., IA SOP, SSP, RAR, SCTM)including participation in system categorization.• Ensure system security measures comply withapplicable government policies, provideconfiguration management and accurately assessthe impact of modifications and vulnerabilitiesfor each system.• Participate in reviews and technical inspectionsto identify and mitigate potential securityweaknesses and ensure that all security featuresapplied to a system are implemented andfunctional.• On occasion, work extended hours (other thannormal business hours) to support contractualrequirements to meet customer needs.Accomplish other duties as assigned.Desired skills• Active SECRET security clearance or recentlyactive SECRET clearance within 24 months.• Experience as an SA, ISSE, ISSO or ISSMimplementing NISPOM Chapter 8, DIACAP/NISTRMF, JAFAN 6/3, DCID 6/3, ICD 503, and/orJSIG IS requirements.• DoD Directive 8570.1 IAM Level I or highercertification. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
