Step into a pivotal cybersecurity role supporting theAir Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC)at a cutting-edgeRemotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) Operations Facility. Your Objective: Defend Digital Frontlines

• Safeguard theconfidentiality, integrity, and availabilityof mission-critical information systems.

• Deliver direct cybersecurity support to AFSOC RPA Operations Centers and local ISSOs.

• Maintain a robust, accurate program that protectsAir Force and Intelligence Communityassets.

• Conduct system reviews, flag risks, and recommend actionable improvements for enhanced resilience.

What You'll Do

• Perform ISSO duties acrossinternal and external customerswith precision and professionalism.

• Analyze and report on cybersecurity posture, risks, and compliance metrics.

• Advise Commanders and ISSMs withstrategic courses of actionto elevate cyber readiness.

• Assist in the design and implementation oflocal cybersecurity programsaligned to DoD guidance.

• Providehands-on trainingto teams on tools, processes, and protection standards.

• Contribute to security planning, documentation, and compliance efforts forATOs, POA&Ms, FISMA, and more.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of applicable experience (additional experience may substitute).

• Active TS/SCI clearanceandIAT Level II certification.

• Solid background inSystem Administration, risk assessments, and A&A documentation.

• Familiarity withSIPR and JWICSnetwork environments.

• Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Operational knowledge ofAir Force and Intelligence Community policies.

• Expertise inICD 705physical and personnel security protocols.

• Real-world application ofNIST SP 800standards.
