• Lead the development and execution of annual training and awareness plans aligned with regulatory requirements and organizational goals
• Design and implement phishing simulations and insider threat training programs
• Create engaging, multi-modal training content tailored to diverse learning styles
• Build an outreach network to facilitate communication between the Office of the CISO and various business units
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training and outreach efforts

• Bachelors degree or 5+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, instructional design, or adult education
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with security training platforms
• Experience designing and delivering training in virtual and matrixed environments
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and execute strategic plans across a large enterprise

• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO, MITRE)
• Skilled in multimedia and web design tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, webinar platforms)
• Awareness & Outreach-Specific Certifications such as SANS Security Awareness Professional (SSAP)
• Experience with automation tools like Power BI
