Job Description :
  • Possess a proven background in IT systems administration, network and IT security, vulnerability management, cloud security, and business continuity / disaster recovery.
  • Expertise in identifying, managing, tracking, and maintaining accurate records for IT assets and business systems.
  • Ability to implement strategies and supervise progress for the reduction of technical debt.
  • Skilled in interpreting security vulnerability assessments and leading remediation by submitting service requests and working with shared services and application owners on a remediation plan.
  • Proficient in promoting the importance of endpoint compliance with CIS L1 standards for security and hardening and work to implement these standard processes and consistency.
  • Knowledgeable in ensuring that the organization is consistently deploying all company mandated security tools on IT assets by reviewing reports and dashboards.
  • Experienced in supervising cloud security for assets in Amazon AWS.
  • Proficient in designing and implementing business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
  • Ability to lead and respond to security incidents.
  • Skilled in assisting with IT and Engineering projects where information security and other IT skills are required.

Qualifications:

  • Shown experience as an IT Systems Administrator or Information Systems Security Specialist.
  • Confirmed understanding of IT asset management, vulnerability management, and cloud security.
  • Experience with Amazon AWS and CIS L1 standards.
  • Familiarity with business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under stress while balancing multiple tasks.
  • Superb communication and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
