Compensation Range: $59,151-$72,296 annually, depending on experience. Work Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.Skills / Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Administer the Information Security Program and enforce security policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Maintain and update information security policies, standards, and procedures to reflect new technology and processes, and support compliance with external requirements.
  • Incident Response Coordinator to provide direction and oversight in a security incident.
  • Update the incident response program as needed to include new threats.
  • Conduct ongoing risk assessments, such as IT Assets, CAT, and RSAT.
  • Continue and enhance the cybersecurity program utilizing assessment tools and other resources.
  • Provide advice and consultation related to information security with all bank, insure, invest, and tax employees.
  • Participate in the planning, development, and implementation of new products and services.
  • Assess and respond to emerging issues or potential liabilities.
  • Stay informed of risks, guidance, laws, and regulations as applicable.
  • Prepare and present written reports to management, Board, and Audit Committee as needed.
  • Report risk exposures to management.
  • Update the Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Plan as needed.
  • Plan and document disaster recovery testing.
  • Coordinate cybersecurity, information security training, and other IT-related subjects.
  • IT Security Administrator to coordinate access requests and reviews of user access and permissions.
  • Assist and provide backup for Third Party Management.
  • Attend and participate in various key committees.
  • Stay current on alerts, vulnerabilities, regulations, and other guidance that pertains to information security.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or the equivalent combination of education and related work experience is required. Minimum of three years' experience in banking processes, policies, procedures, and compliance laws preferred.
