Are you a cybersecurity professional ready to take ownership of information security in a dynamic and mission-driven environment?

As the Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO), you will develop, implement, and monitor security measures to safeguard our data and network infrastructure. Reporting directly to the CIO, you will work hands-on within a formal security framework to identify threats, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance.

You will use tools like firewalls and encryption to protect sensitive information, manage access controls, investigate security incidents, and provide training to prevent future breaches. You will also handle antivirus updates and promote security awareness across the organization.

You should hold a Security+ certification (required), with a Bachelor's in Cybersecurity and CISSP preferred. Strong knowledge of security systems and excellent communication skills are essential. You will primarily work remotely, with occasional travel to company sites.
