Wright.JOB SUMMARY: The Information Security Assurance Analyst is a cybersecurity technical resource for the Wright Service Corp family of companies. The Information Security Assurance Analyst is responsible for providing logical technical analysis, support, and guidance to monitor, detect, analyze, remediate, and report on cybersecurity events and incidents impacting the technology infrastructure of Wright Service Corp. Their main duties include planning and identifying current risks associated with software and hardware systems, to work with other security experts and employees to ensure the safety of both customer and internal employee information, and to protect the company's digital assets from unauthorized access.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions:Coordinate internal and external vulnerability scans and ensure any open vulnerabilities are remediated promptly.Coordinate and oversee vendor risk management program, auditing vendors, and ensuring vendor due diligence.Assist in administering phishing campaigns, Knowbe4, or similar.Work closely with Training and Development Department to ensure appropriate cyber security training is conducted regularly via online learning offerings.Assist in completing Information Security Risk Assessments annually, present findings, and insure any identified high-risk deficiencies are remediated promptly.Responsible for ensuring business Continuity and data recovery plans are current and vetted.Assist in maintaining all Information Security Policies and ProceduresWork closely with all vendor partners related to managed security services.Maintain subject matter expertise utilizing on-the-job training, continuing education, workshops, or vendor conferences.Assist with the execution of IT security projects.Support, actively participate, and act in accordance with Wright's culture of safety and employee ownership.Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintains knowledge of and follows all company policies and procedures.Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings.OTHER DUTIES: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
