Information Security Analyst (100% Remote) - Noblesoft Solutions : Job Details

Must Have experience in the following areas: Information Security (Network and Infrastructure tools, endpoint, etc), Communication, CIS Security Controls, Network Security, Customer Service. Experience with a Managed Service Provider is a plus.

• Project Management & Process Improvement: Lead initiatives designed to improve consulting service through updates to consulting resources and communication templates, metrics buildout, and drive action plans related to feedback.
• Consultation and AdvisoryProvide expert guidance to small business type clients on the implementation and management of comprehensive information security programs in line with firm requirements.
• Policy Understanding and ImplementationEnsure clients understand and effectively implement information security policies, aligning them with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate EffectivelyWork closely with internal IT and Compliance teams to answer questions on security requirements and clarify or drive changes to policy if improvements are required.
• CommunicationDeliver clear and concise communication, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex security concepts to clients and stakeholders. Role will heavily involve facilitating discussions with independent branches to consult on security control implementation.
• Executive PresenceDemonstrate strong executive presence and professionalism in all client interactions, ensuring trust and confidence in advisory services.
• Issue EscalationDiagnose and escalate security issues promptly through coordination with internal IT teams.
