In this position, you'll serve as the coordinator for new enrollments, student records, and state reporting, while helping staff, families, and students navigate our student information systems with confidence. Essential Job Functions: Ability to respond positively to diverse needs of staff, parents, students, and the community, and perform functions in a customer-service orientation. Aptitude to learn and master the components of Infinite Campus and various software and database products. Coordinates the district's enrollment processes, including open enrollment, student data entry in Infinite Campus, and changes to student enrollment status to ensure accuracy and consistency. Co-facilitates district-wide enrollment and registration. Coordinates and prepares state agency reports, including, but not limited to: ELL, Free/Reduced Lunch, At-Risk Students, Civil Rights Reporting, Pupil Non-Discrimination Self-Evaluation Report (PI-9). Coordinate or assist in external reporting to state agencies, completed by other offices, including, but not limited to: Superintendent Office, Business Services, Teaching and Learning. Guide the improvement processes and documentation in support of, but not limited to: enrollment, residency, attendance, scheduling, grading, health records, and all other student data fields. Coordinate process and procedure documentation, and assure that they are aligned to and comply with Board of Education Policy, and State and Federal reporting requirements, including, but not limited to: Enrollment, Summer School, Open Enrollment Records/Resident Not Attending, Home School Records, Free/Reduced Lunch Records, Student Services Records, Financial Record Support, and Career and Technical Education. Support and troubleshoot requests for information, including, but not limited to: student entry/exit, residency, attendance, scheduling, audits, grading, and health records. Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Recognizes patterns in data and is capable of developing district-wide systems necessary for efficiency and accuracy. Effective written and oral communication skills in order to work effectively with staff, parents, students and the community. Demonstrates organizational skills, flexibility, a team attitude, and a customer service focus. Maintains office and record confidentiality at all times. Education and/or Experience: Ability to exercise initiative, original thinking and judgment; drawing upon factual background and fundamental principles. Experience facilitating and leading teams. Knowledge of professional networks intra- and inter-district, and State agencies. Post-Secondary degree preferred, or extensive knowledge of data management and its reporting requirements, with a background coordinating data needs among state agencies, schools, and district departments. Qualifications Job Summary: The Infinite Campus Specialist is responsible for ensuring the integrity of all student data. Additionally, this position coordinates the enrollment process, including changes to student enrollment status.
