• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule with minimal phone call coverage
• 4 - 6 new consultations per day
• Daily hospital rounding Monday - Friday for inpatient consults
• Serves adult patients 18 and up
• Mix of hospital consults and clinic visits -- new patients and follow-ups
• Urban patient population with diverse demographics
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
