Your Role

• Evaluate resident care and outcomes related to healthcare-associated infections

• Collect, analyze, and report infection data with actionable recommendations

• Monitor staff compliance with infection prevention measures

• Develop and deliver staff education programs on infection control

• Serve as a resource for all departments regarding infection prevention

• Implement programs and policies to protect residents, staff, and visitors

• Ensure compliance with regulations, guidelines, and accreditation standards

What You'll Bring

• Associate's degree from an accredited School of Nursing

• Current Ohio RN license

• CPR Certification

• Long-term care experience preferred

• Completion of infection control training; ability to develop policies, educate staff, and evaluate clinical performance
