HDR's Industrial Water/Wastewater Project Manager in the Round Rock office will:
Lead, direct, develop, and market projects involving the planning, design, and construction administration of industrial water and wastewater facilities; Direct project staff and lead industrial water/wastewater projects as a project director and/or project manager, including marketing and proposal planning; Conduct complex process engineering for projects and proposals; Lead preparation of engineering plans and specifications for industrial facilities, including water and wastewater treatment systems; Provide project and task management; Collect, analyze, and present data in reports; Develop and implement client engagement strategies with leadership to grow business with key clients. Requirements:
Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years' experience in industrial water/wastewater engineering, or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 7 years' experience.
Experience must include:
- Process engineering for industrial water/wastewater treatment;
- Start-up and commissioning of water/wastewater systems;
- Design and construction of industrial facilities;
- Physical design and modularization of systems;
- Marketing and pursuit of projects;
- Planning and budgeting;
- Staff management and mentoring;
- Collaboration with designers on 2D and 3D CAD plans.
Professional Engineer (PE) licensure from any US jurisdiction is required.
