Responsibilities:
Serve as a team member providing network monitoring and scanning functions, including:Network vulnerability scanning for IAVA compliance and remediationAntivirus management using antivirus toolsWireless scanning with network detection softwareImplementation of system security policies and scanningCybersecurity reporting to appropriate authoritiesAssist personnel/users with Information Assurance (IA) related issuesSupport IA requirements within the Area of Responsibility (AOR), managing and tracking system administrator elevated accessIdentify IA trends and suggest long-term mitigation strategiesAssess procedures and identify opportunities to improve customer serviceChampion customer service excellenceOversee efforts of less senior staff or be responsible for all staff assigned to a specific jobQualifications:
Active SECRET clearanceMaster's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information AssuranceAlternatively, a Bachelor's Degree plus 4 years of additional experience can substitute for a Master's DegreeMinimum 10 years of relevant focused experienceCompliance with DoD 8570.1-M and DoDD 8570.1 certification and training requirementsExperience and Skills:
