Timken Gears & Services Philadelphia Gear brand has a current opening at their headquarters in King of Prussia, PA for an Industrial Security Manager. The primary purpose of this position is to manage and oversee Industrial Security. The person in this position will work closely with the Assistant Facility Security Officer(s) (AFSO), Senior Management Official (SMO), Insider Threat Program Senior Official (ITPSO), Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information Control Officer (NNPICO), and Senior Attorney-Power Systems to ensure all security requirements for the defense industrial base are met and compliant, as well as promote and ensure cybersecurity resilience across IT platforms/systems, network, infrastructure, etc. The person in this role will also liaise with external and internal entities as required for maintaining operational effectiveness.
The Industrial Security Manager - FSO assures that company associated facilities and IT assets, including hardware, software and related accessories and components meet respective requirements for safeguarding controlled technical data, including compliance with the Department of Defense and other regulations covering controlled technical data, including classified and covered unclassified information.

This position may require access to United States export controlled technical data ( CTD ) and hardware under the Departments of US State (ITAR) and/or Commerce (EAR). Eligible candidates are; US Citizens, Green Card holders, Asylees or others eligible to receive US export license authorizations. Candidate must be authorized to work in the US.
