Northrop Grumman is seeking an Industrial Security Manager for the Secure Sensing Solutions (S3) Operating Unit based out of Annapolis Junction, MD. The candidate will be responsible for leadership and management of a team of security professionals at the Northrop Grumman facility in Annapolis Junction, MD and San Antonio, TX. They will direct activities that support SAP & SCI level programs and will provide guidance to assure compliance with applicable National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and other security requirements. As the Security leader, the candidate will be the primary security liaison between Northrop Grumman and the government customer. The Security Manager oversees all security activities and provides guidance to all personnel, to include supporting program managers in achieving key goals. The selected candidate must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment with program management, program personnel, cyber security personnel, external security professionals, and contract security personnel. This position also includes performing as the Facility Security Officer (FSO) for the site, oversight of the San Antonio FSO, and Emergency Preparedness / Contingency Planning responsibilities.

Salary Range: $129,300 - $193,900

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
