Some mandatory overtime may be required, and voluntary overtime may be available. Shift hours: 11 PM 7:30 AM Sunday through Thursday. Responsibilities Cleans equipment to federal and state sanitation and plant sanitation standards. Takes direction from supervisors in relation to assigned cleaning activities.
