$121,375.00/yr - $182,065.00/yr

AgReserves, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Park Manager to be responsible for leading the planning, development, and operations of land, infrastructure, and building assets pursuant to the company's Industrial Park strategy. The role will be critical in shaping the growth of the Industrial Park, working closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and business partners to actively identify and pursue new opportunities to transform raw land into productive, sustainable, and economically viable operations that promote a vibrant agriculture-based economy for the surrounding area, while overseeing operation and maintenance of Industrial Park infrastructure and facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Shape long-term development strategies by conducting market analyses and identifying opportunities aligned with the company's investment goals.
  • Develop business cases and conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and obtain internal and business partner approval for projects.
  • Manage all phases of development and collaborate with contractors, engineers, agencies, internal stakeholders, and community stakeholders to ensure successful, cost-effective project delivery in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement plans and processes for operating and maintaining Industrial Park assets and oversee daily operations.
  • Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, capital improvements, and ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  • Manage service contracts, vendor relationships, and maintenance schedules to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Develop and manage capital and operational budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure cost-effective project execution, operation, and alignment with investment goals.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team while fostering a culture rooted in the Company's Core Values, emphasizing integrity, operational excellence, people development, and sustainability.
  • Represents organization in a competent and business-like manner.
  • Champion a best-in-class safety program by promoting consistent safety training attendance, compliance with all OSHA and company/industry policies, as well as encouraging the use of PPE and adherence to all other EHS programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial development, land use planning, business management, or related field required. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in land use planning, real estate development, and/or infrastructure/industrial operations management, as well as having managed utility systems and building maintenance in an industrial or commercial setting.
  • Strong understanding of land use planning, entitlements, zoning, permitting, regulatory compliance, and construction management.
  • Proven experience managing complex development projects with multiple stakeholders through all phases of a project lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and executing new business or development opportunities.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft office products and general technical savviness.
  • Excellent professional interpersonal, community/industry networking and communication skills.
  • Meet the physical requirements of the role which includes occasional lifting or moving up to 30 pounds, bending, kneeling, and twisting, stepping up/down, and kneeling. Occasional long-term standing and walking during work in an office environment and in outdoor elements.
  • Qualified candidates candidate must be willing to work onsite daily at the assigned office.
