Job DescriptionINDUSTRIAL PAINTERAutomation Personnel Services is looking for an Industrial Painter for a company based in Tuscaloosa, AL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a growing local company that focuses on industrial powder coating, liquid painting, and other value added services.Pay Rate $18.00 to $20.00 per hourSchedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 7 00 am to 3 30 pm.Industrial Painter Duties and Responsibilities•Preparing and painting industrial surfaces, including machinery, equipment, and buildings. •Utilize industrial spray equipment for paint application•Removing dirt, rust, and old paint.•Smoothing surfaces for better paint adhesion.•Protecting areas that should not be painted.Industrial Painter Qualifications and Requirements•High School education or equivalent.•Two or more years of experience using aerosol spraying equipment.•Attention to detail, carefully inspecting surfaces and ensuring even paint application.•Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy loads safely and efficiently.•Meeting project deadlines and minimizing downtime.Job TypeFull-time, temporary to hireBenefits •Weekly Pay•Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance•40 Hours Service Bonus after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours•6 paid Holidays after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours401(k) Retirement PlanAutomation Personnel Services is the only staffing agency specializing in manufacturing and industrial roles that offers 401K matching to all eligiblecontingent and temporary associates.Interested in this job?Click Apply Now, email your resume to [email protected], or call us at 205.###.#### to learn more.
