Job Description & Skill Requirement:

• Years of Experience: 5~7 yrs
• 1.Has good understanding of Powertrain Fixture design Or BIW & Welding

Experience in:

• Powertrain Jig design based on the specification document
• 2D detailing as per customer Standards
• Part list creation
• Pneumatic/Hydraulic drawings for the equipment functions
• Kinematics definition
• Experience in taking design from concept through manufacturing and installation.
• Able to perform basic engineering calculations to size machine components.
• Able to analyse problems and implement improvements in existing designs and equipment.
• Knowledge of metal removal cutting tools.
• Project management experience
• Perform basic FEA simulation using SolidWorks
• Offshore coordination, scheduling & good communication
• Interact with Client and stakeholders located at different location across North America & Canada to get required inputs and understand requirement
• Open to Travel
• SOFTWARES: Solid work 2020, AutoCAD (MUST), MS OFFICE (MUST)
