Our client is looking to fill a Industrial Maintenance Technician role. This is hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Technicians work across three-phase motors, tanks, pumps, fillers, cappers, sorters, and everything in between, supporting the flow of high-volume production lines. You'll perform changeovers, track down mechanical and electrical issues, and keep complex automated systems running smoothly.Responsibilities include:- Preventive maintenance- Reactive troubleshooting- Assisting in equipment rebuilds, and working alongside operators to ensure every part of the line is set up and running as it shouldThis is not a narrow or repetitive job, you will be moving between systems, solving problems in real time, and making decisions that keep the plant running. It's physical, technical, and never boring.Veterans with experience in power generation, utilities, industrial maintenance, or shipboard mechanical and electrical systems will feel right at home in this environment. The pace, complexity, and need for precision will feel much like the military, just in a different uniform.
