Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician (1st Shift)Location: Dayton, TNPay: Starting at $23-27/hourSchedule: Full-time | On-site | Must be open to weekends as neededJob SummaryWe're looking for a skilled and motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician to support site goals and improve manufacturing processes through equipment repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance. This position is ideal for someone handy, independent, and team-oriented.Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance with an automated welder on racks, boards, and carts
• Have an electrical mechanical aptitude
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and calipers
• Sheet metal fabrication
• Be familiar with PLC - Allen Bradley; diagnose and troubleshoot
• Read blueprints
• Maintain a strong focus on safety in all tasks
• Collaborate effectively with team members and departments

Qualifications

• Preferred: 3+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Machining, welding, and fabrication
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
