Position: Industrial Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Pay: $70,000 to $95,000/year + $5.000 sign-on bonus + shift differential
Experience:
- 5 years of maintenance experience is required
- 4 years of supervisory experience is required
Education:
- High school diploma or GED
- Programmable Logistics Controller (PLC) training
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: 2-2-3 schedule, 6pm to 6am
Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking an Industrial Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Ensure the efficient operation and support of our maintenance department
- Assign PMs, checking completion and tracking rates
- Manage and direct daily activities to team members
- Ensure all safety standards, policies and procedures are followed
- Review the operation of plant equipment and systems, solving problems promptly and identify improvement opportunities
- Make calls to tech support for issues with machines, responsible for lean manufacturing, 5S, 6-Sigma
- Work with the departments to implement processes and develop improvement plans
- Create department procedures and facilitates training
Position Requirements:
- Working knowledge of PLC's and controls
- Must have good leadership capabilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and plumbing problems
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Hard-working and dependable with a desire to grow
