Key Responsibilities:

· Analyze and evaluate existing production processes to identify areas for improvement.

· Develop and implement efficient systems that integrate workers, machines, materials, and information.

· Design and optimize workflows to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

· Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard work procedures.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.

· Utilize data analysis and modeling techniques to solve complex production problems.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in process optimization and efficiency improvement.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software.

· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

· Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Certifications:

o Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB)

o Lean Six Sigma Certification

o Professional Engineer (PE) License

Preferred Skills:

o Experience with ERP systems

o Project management skills
